The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Dart. While driving the vehicle, the oil was burning. When the vehicle was parked, the contact noticed oil spots on the driveway, which indicated that oil was leaking. The dealer diagnosed that the oil pan was the source of the failure. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The oil was not leaking anymore, but it started to burn out. The contact stated that the vehicle had to constantly be filled with oil. The service engine light illuminated. Once the vehicle was taken back to the dealer and oil was added, the light dimmed. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 22,000.
