As the consumer turned the key in the ignition, not even having time to place the gear into drive, the vehicle took off with a power surge in reverse. Consumer was parked in driveway in the park position, while turning the ignition, still in park, the car took off in reverse down the driveway across the alley and landed in the neighbors pool.
Upon starting ignition vehicle accellarated into reverse, causing an accident. Please provide vehicle identification number and also any further information.
