The vehicle is unsafe due to the lack of power when climbing hills with anymore than 3 persons . It is a 7 person vehicle. It is also sluggish when 3 or more persons getting in and out of traffic situations. Example excellerating onto onramps. Took the vehicle to the mountains and the engine lite kept coming on saying oil extremely hot , you will loose power, and I did. I have haden it to sahara Dodge, took it for a drive to the same area with the service supervisor and he saw exactly what I was talking about. He never documented his findings and left the dealership 2 days later closing my star account. A new manager tony supposedly took it for a test drive, lied saying a Chrysler rep. W/ the star account went with them for the test drive, when in fact he never went. They sahara Dodge are now closing the account and refuse to address the safety issues any longer.

There is a u67 by fca recall on my 2014 Dodge Journey which I was not notified by the dealer! I found out about the recall after paying to have the catalytic converter replaced mysel! however my car decided to go into a limp mode which it has done since I purchased the vehicle in 2013 but this time it is staying in limp mode so I researched recalls, there is also t47 and u49 when I towed my vehicle to the dealer they informed me the converter I had put on does not meet standards and they were going to replace it again and also do the other two recalls as well and then they informed me they could not do the u49 or u67 because the vehicle does not have the original engine! they told me and gave me documentation that the only recall done was t47 however they reported to fca that the u67 was complete when in fact it has not been completed! the vehicle is stuck in limp mode because it needs the pcm flashed and they will not do the recall u67 or u49 on my vehicle and sent me away to drive the vehicle 89 miles home in limp mode! this vehicle had had a pcm issue since I bought it in 2013 causing a number of unsafe malfunctions I mentioned in complaint # 11337435 and 11337440! this vehicle needs to be taken off the road and a new vehicle given to me free of charge or money back! fca needs to know u67 has not been completed on my vehicle,.
