This car has just a little over 33145 miles and I just found out that the rotors on the back have rusted so bad that they wore out the back bracks and cannot be turned down they have to be replaced. I had my grandchildren in this car less than 2 weeks ago and my car was inspected in August by a Dodge dealer and then I took it back on 8/28/17 because the brake light was on they said the brakes were fine I have it on the invoice front brakes 10/32 80% and 7/32 60% but they said they were fine there no way that rusted in 2 months to that point. I will have midas take a picture of those rotors when they fix my car tomorrow $600. 00 for car repairs this week alone. Dodge need to pay for my rotors and labor and they are refusing because I will not take it back to the dealer. I will not have mine or my families lives risked again. I am done with Dodge two brand new Dodge Journeys in 4 years and major problems with the brakes, low headlight beams and electrical issues not to mention 2 recalls. I just found out today all this.

I believe our Dodge Journey is either a 2013 or 2014. I looked & I could not find a recall for the red rear brake light cover. The edges of the rear light cover are not covered with a foam liner or plastic liner. My husband, my child & I have cut the inside palms of our hands on the light cover. The light cover is dangerous & we try to be careful not to cut ourselves. We warn our children to stay away from the lights. Please look into this problem so no one else gets hurt. Thank you for your time.

This is the first incident 2 months after I purchased this brand new truck. The car had no power at all. It would not start. I had to have it towed from my driveway. . . About 6 months later the car would not go into gear the head or brake lights would not work. . I took it back to the dealership where I purchased it for the fourth time and it is has been in the service center about a month and they have no answers. . . I have have called Dodge numerous times and can't get any help from anyone. This vehicle is not safe I have been pulled over by police numerous times for no lights and stranded because the car would not go into gear.
