Failure Date: 12/19/2000

Ongoing problem with head gasket failures; first occurred at 24,976, and second occurred at 41,743 miles. Both heead gaskets were repaired under warranty. Also, failure of egr valve caused wheel to lock up. Dealer notified. Please feel free to provide any further details on this matter.

2 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem

Failure Date: 12/12/2000

Vac assist sourced thru egr valve. Leak in egr valve allows exhaust condensate in vacuum assist - freezes in cold weather, brakes won't stop car.

3 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem

Failure Date: 02/20/1997

Brakes squeaky from the date of purchase, egr valve was replaced at 39,000 miles. Engine head gasket leaks at only 42,000 miles(est cost of all repairs $800) egr valve already paid for, wanting assistance from Chrysler for head gasket.

4 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem

Failure Date: 03/18/1996

Ongoing problem with a 2. 0l engine head gasket failure. From March of 1996 to present, vehicle has experienced replacement of 2 head gaskets, egr valve with eet, oil pressure sensor/switch, and transmission.
