While driving, the consumer's vehicle t-boned another vehicle at 23-25 mph. Upon impact the air bags did not deploy.
Consumer stated her brakes failed. There was a multi-car accident on the beltway. As she approached she saw the truck in front of her apply his brakes, she then applied her brakes. Her vehicle did not stop and the vehicle rear ended the truck in front of her. The air bags did not deploy, and she received some musculoskeletal injuries and was very sore. Her vehicle was totaled. Daimlerchrysler won't claim any responsibility for the defect on the vehicle.
Driving at 35 mph, a pickup truck pulled out in front of and I crashed into the drivers side door. Upon impact, the airbags did not deploy, the seat belt did not restrain me from slamming forward, and the seat lock did not engage. The Chrysler investigator claims that all three restraint systems worked properly yet the dealer replaced both the seat belts and the seat locks.
Violent deployment of passenger and driver side air bag resulted in windows exploding and cutting drivers face. Driver also sustained burns to arm from the airbag. Consumer was told that the air bags should not have deployed during a side impact crash. Nlm.
Want to know why airbags did not deploy.
Turned on the car with foot on brake, put car in drive, removed foot from brake and car accelerated and hit head on a 1999 Dodge dakota. Pressed on the brake as car sped across the lot and nothing happened. Engine made high pitched whirring noise. Airbags did not deploy. My incident resembles the one posted on the NHTSA web site odi id# 535732.
While making a turn, a vehicle hit the side of the bumper, causing the vehicle to turn and hit a pole on the front end, in which driver's and passenger's air bags did not deploy. Did not protect the occupant in this accident. Cause unknown. No one has inspected the vehicle as of yet. Please provide further information.
Vehicle was invovled in an accident in which vehicle rear ended another vehicle at approx. 35-40 mph impact/ both air bags did not deploy. Dealer/manufacturer notified.

Dual airbags did not deploy during total front end collision, driver lost control, vehicle crashed into a guard rail, Chrysler has determined not manufacturer's defect.
While another vehicle was at an stand still waiting to turn the consumer's vehicle hit the vehicle that was at an stand still, air bag did not deploy. Driver had a frontal collision.
Direct frontal collision at rate of speed of 45 mp. Upon impact, air bags did not deploy, resulting in minor injuries to driver. Please provide further information.
