Person sold an inoperable vehicle. Using verbal manipulations he claimed in the add and later face to face that the vehicle has a clean title (carfax report shows it as salvage with multiple reported accidents and 8 service history records), certain mileage (148000 claimed, 223. 300 in reality), he was the 2nd owner (3 owners in reality) and no major issues - was told in person during the sale operation, also told he was selling the car for his friend thats why there was a different person name on a title (isabella jennine mello 8025 mammoth Ave panorama city CA 91409). Seller was convencing and did a great job at confusing igor and decieving him. The seller lied about the smog check also and took advantage of the buyer - the car didnt pass the smog check the next morning 6/27, and later the same day didnt start anymore for good. Seller send a text message to igor that same morning saying that car is overheating and water has to be placed in the radiator daily, but it's a very dangerous procedure as the water inside the tank is of a boiling temperature and can splash uncontrollably under pressure resulting onto an injury, which was a mockery as by that time a car was marked as inoperable by a mechanic and that was a miracle that it made it to the curbside. Currently it is absolutely dead metal. The car was fraudlently and intentionally made to work just one day specificly to make a sale. Leandro burgues intentionally gave out the false facts about the car and misled igor towards the sale completion. Igor trusted the seller, false info and fake odometer pictures thats been forced at him, as he couldnt see things clearly in person and was misled and verbally manipulated. All records as documents on this car, add screenshots and text messaging between igor and seller leandro burgues are available as proof.

My 2005 Dodge Neon entered into a collision with a 2001 Ford taurus on 7/4/2014. My vehicle hit the Ford taurus head-on into the passenger's side of the Ford taurus at about the middle of the taurus. My seat belt had kept me in my seat, but the air bag had failed to deploy, resulting in permanent injuries which will require pain management and surgery at some point. The posted speed limit was 45 mph, and I was estimated to be traveling at around 40 mph at the time of impact.
Water collects in the trunk causing mold, this affects my asma. Seems this affects many owners and seems it should be recalled because it affects the air quality you breath.

The seal that is supposed to keep water from entering your trunk when it rains has fell out of place. When it first happened when I opened my trunk one day just 3" section came off track. I was able to push it back into place and thought everything was fine. Then a month later it rained and I have severe water damage to my trunk lining and it smells like mildew mixed with mold. I know in previous models that when this starts happening the back lights start to fill with water and can short the fuses. As of right now I don't have the light problem but I do have large areas where my trunk lining are warped inwards and it will not go back into place.

My daughter has a 2003 Dodge Neon and when it rains water collects in the trunk and right front floorboard. If you check out websites on complaints about Dodge Neons and their water leaks there are hundreds or more complaints from owners. This water leak does present a safety and health hazard in the form of mold collecting in a car. This defect in construction needs to be investigated. I contacted my Dodge dealer and they would not respond to me.
Because rain season here in mexico we had several days raining almost the entire day. Yesterday when a take mi wife to work I noticed that the rug of my cars floor was wet, at night after work I tried to check why the water was inside my car and I noticed that below the back seat was wet, I disassemble the back seat and notice that there was water below the seat and due to that all the floor below the rug has water (1 to 2 liters of water), I notice that the clips that give route to the harness (tail lights, pump, and trunk wiring) has water, it seems that this could be the problem; from factory nobody try to seal this parts, so water came through this by the holes made to locate the clips. I take my car to the service from factory and tell me that they will check it.

My 2005 Dodge Neon leaked real badly, there were huge puddles on the floor and the trunk and under back seats, but I have no idea where the waterwas leaking in from.
I noticed my spare tire and 4-way tire iron rusting about a year after purchasing the vehicle. I didn't correlate this to a problem with moisture until a couple of years later when I began smelling a moldy smell . After further investigation I noticed water accumulation after rain or freeze thaw cycles. The repair shop wanted $300 . 00 to replace the trunk weather stripping . I refused to accept their diagnosis and left. While at home I took a hose and ran water over the trunk area and looked for obvious signs of water penetration around the trunk joints and stripping. I found no obvious leak . I started to look at the rear light assemblies and noticed water getting in behind the gaskets. I have not received a recall notice for this defect and would like your organization to look into this. This problem could lead to electrical shorts and could also cause respiratory ailments due to the mold growth . Your response to this concern is requested. Thank you .

About 2 1/2 years after I purchased my Dodge Neon sxt the seal at the bottom of all the windows began to dry up, crack, and fall off. At this point I barely have any seal in between all 4 of my car windows and the car door. Water has gone down into my door and I'm afraid that it will soon affect the electrical equipment in the door. My main concerns are the controls for adjusting my mirrors, my window controls, and my door lock. I have never seen a car's seal basically dry rot and fall off of a car starting so early. I would expect it to start happening now that I've had the car 8-9 years, but not to this extent.

I was driving down the highway, and I started to hear a strange thud sound over and over. I 500 miles from home and found the next gas station to pull into. The rubber seal that is glued in between the top of my windshield where it meets the car frame was coming undone. I tried sticking it back in there and sitting in the shade to let the glue/tar set. When I drove about 100 more miles the thud got louder and louder and more frequent. Then all the sudden before I could stop anywhere the rubber seal flew off of my car. The force from it flying off, the speed (only 65 mph), and the wind speed (not high) caused my car to jerk into the lane next to me. Luckily the highway I was on wasn't packed so no one was in the lane I was pulled into.
Rear seat area and inside of trunk getting several inches of water during rainstorm. This has happened several times. Can't find leak.

As with a multitude of other owners of this vehicle, whenever there is a rain (heavy or light), water leaks into the interior of the car (most likely through the trunk, possibly around the taillight or another hard to diagnose area). The water will fill up the spare tire well and pool there, then move under the back seats and the back seat floors where again the water pools and soaks into the lining/cushions/interior. All of this water causes both structural damage to the body of the car (rust and other issues), produces mildew and mold in the interior of the vehicle (a potential health hazard), and creates highly humid and moist environment inside the car. The leak and water have also affected the reverse/backup lighting (another hazard) and rusted parts of the spare tire well. In addition the high humidity results in interior windows being not just fogged but having a worrisome amount of condensation that must be removed before driving safely. Numerous attempts have been made to "seal" the leak in the trunk to no avail. A quick internet search for this problems reveals hundreds and hundreds of people with the exact same issue of the leak. Dodge has never addressed this issue with consumers.
Vehicle was in a accident, right passenger's side and right side were affected. In order for vehicle to line up vehicle had to remodeled. Bumper was not put on properly. Dealership was aware of problem.
I know substandard parts were used when this vehicle was manufactured !.
