Frame Rust Problems of Dodge Neon

Tl- the contact owns a 2002 Dodge Neon. The contact stated while trying to repair the pressure sensor in the vehicle while under the vehicle he noticed the subframe rusting and while tryin to reach for the pressure sesor some of the subframe fractured. Tl- the contact 2005 Dodge Neon xlg. The contact stated that after it rains gushes of water come in from the sides of the vehicle by the glove compartment causing the frame to begin rusting. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the technician diagnose there was debris in the evaporator drain. The drain was cleared and the windshield was replaced but the problem still persisted. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 60,000 and the current mileage was 62,000. Sr.

I was driving through a enter section and I hit a slight bump and it broke my sub frame. When I went to look at it the whole right side of the sub frame was rusted out.
