Front Suspension Stabilizer Bar Problems of Dodge Neon

Recently purchased my Neon still have to register it in my name when the front bussings in the stabilizer bar literly fell out and I was in a rural area n had to tie it together using shoe laces and wire that I found I thought to look on the recalls list to find my Neon has almost every problem listed on the safty recall for a 2001 Neon I am a single parent full time college student this is mine and my daughters only transportation some one looked under it and said our health and safety are at risk every time we get into the car how do I get theses things fixed what do I do the vehicle was in motion n got very wobbley allso the engine when coming to a stop with foot on break gets ruff and will die sometimes I put brand new tires on it brior to the bushing falling out from firestone and they would have seen problem if it wasnt some kind of defect, I have receipts for maintenence oil change spark plugs coil packs fuel filterect.

- the contact called regarding the 2002 Dodge Neon. The contact has not experienced any failures. The contact took the vehicle to dealer for the repair of a scrape on her bumper. The the mechanic advised her that the stabilizer arm and bushings were a known defect. However, there have not been enough incidents to warrant a recall. The contact stated she also called the manufacturer and was told the samething. The vehicle has 32,000 miles. The contact stated she did not have the stabilizer and bushings replaced because the vehiclewas out of warranty. The current mileage was 32000.

While driving the car you can hear banging under the front chasis. The sway bar links have been breaking from the sway bar. Twice they have been replaced by the dealer at my cost. The third time they repair at no cost. I have replaced two links on the right and two on the left side. The first time was the right. The second time was the right and left. The third time the right. The first time was may 16, 2002. The second was September 24, 2003. The third time June 1, 2004. The dealership can not find the reason to the failure ofthe links.
