Electrical Equipment problems of the 1996 Dodge RAM

Two problems related to electrical equipment have been reported for the 1996 Dodge RAM. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Electrical Equipment problem

Failure Date: 03/15/1999

My main complaint is the transmission. The pressure seal for second gear has been replaced 3 times. It lasts for about 30,000 miles and then goes. I've had to pay for the repair 2 out of 3 times. Approx 1400. 00. . The last time I had parts put in that were not Chrysler products.

2 Electrical Equipment problem

Failure Date: 01/02/1997

Cigarette lighter inoperative.
