One problem related to tire bulge has been reported for the 1996 Dodge RAM. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Tire had wires from side cord working it's way out and sticking out of tire. A small hole was repaired and caused the cord to seperate and the tire to bulge at the place of repair. (tiresize: p245/75r16)( dot number: tire size: p245/75r16 ).
