Consumer states that the rear lap seatbelt is bolted in improperly and consumer is unable to use it.
Consumer was traveling on the highway with his son in the rear/center seat. Son told his father that seat belt was broken. Upon examination, consumer noticed that anchor part of the seatbelt was never bolted in.
Slot which guides the seat belt on driver's side causes the belt to twist and jam by itself. Dealer/manufacturer notified.
