Front Air Bag problems of the 2001 Dodge RAM

While pulling inside of a parking lot and without prior warning. Another vehicle hit consumer's vehicle from driver's side and airbags didn't deploy at all.

Consumer's grandson was driving when he had a head on collision, and airbag did not go off. Driver was not injured, but did receive a bump on forehead.

While driving at 45/50mph was involved in a frontal collision and none of the air bags deployed on impact.

While driving at 30mph involved in a frontal collision and airbags didn't deploy on impact.

While driving 10 mph, vehicle was struck by van traveling 50 mph, front crash. Neither airbag deployed. Vehicle was totalled. No injuries. The seatbelt did not restrain consumer, causing him to be thrown forward, luckily he was not injured, see odi number 8004342.

While driving about 55 mph struck an utility pole with right center side, but neither of air bags deployed. Had take vehicle to dealer prior to this incident for air bag problems. Please provide more information.

Consumer was traveling 50mph on the highway and another vehicle pulled in front of him. And t-boned him from the side. Upon impact, neither airbag deployed. Dealership was aware of problem.

In a head-on collision, the air-bag did not deploy for the driver. Dodge inspected and claimed that the collision was slightly or not perfectly straight-on (damage is across entire front and passenger had to be pried-out of the vehicle). The auto club declared the vehicle a total loss. Owner believes air-bags should have worked. A second opinion, other than by the mfg. Is desired. Wife of driver believes she heard a recall on the news for steering on Dodge trucks having to do with airbags but cannot find it in writing. Please advise.
