Two problems related to front suspension hub have been reported for the 2001 Dodge Ram 1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Front wheel hub assembly for a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 just bought the truck and the first day I drive it, I find out the hub was bad and the dealer said it was a part not under warranty.
Both front hub bearings were completely shot on my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500. The truck has only 51,000 with no off road use. There should be no reason to replace sealed hub bearing after only 51,000 miles. Continued use could have resulted in the front wheels locking up with a resulting accident.
