Consumer hears a clicking noise from the front, as well has the steering wheel shake when the vehicle is making turns and is at low speeds. Consumer was informed by the dealer that upper ball joints needed to be replaced.
While driving 7 mph the passenger's side wheel flew off. Vehicle was towed to the dealer for inspection. The cause had not been determined.
