The contact owns a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500. While driving various speeds, the contact heard a rattling sound underneath the vehicle. The contact had previously driven on a rock and dirt filled road. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where the flex plate in the transmission and the bolts in the torque converter were replaced. The failure mileage was 38,000 was and the current mileage was 40,000. The VIN was unavailable.
