The contact owns a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500. While driving approximately 55 mph, the power steering failed. As a result, the vehicle crashed into a concrete embankment and rolled over several times. The vehicle burst into flames, which were extinguished by the fire department. A police report was filed and indicated that a fractured rear axle caused the failure. The crash caused a fatal injury.
