Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2008 Dodge Ram 1500

This is a scary situation for me due to the fact that it will be my loved ones that will be riding in this potential unsafe vehicle.

Also have Chrysler 2005/300 4 speed airbags replaced under same recall. Had no wrecks with it. I can't find anyone to represent me in settlement. Truck was moving when hit deer & stationary when a truck hit us in rear & side back.
