Intake manifold leak , talking to dealer and mechanic shop this is a common problem and has been for a long time, Chrysler has a TSB 09-05-00 out on this problem but no recall issued. Had an extended warranty on vehicle for 5 yrs/100000, problem started before warranty expired, but didn't become aware of what it was until after warranty expired, Chrysler warranty won't cover repair even though problem started when warranty was still on vehicle. I don't know if you can help with this problem.
