I have received my second notice to get the recall fix n49 I have been on my dealers list since the first notice which I got in December 2013. The dealer told me I was number 15 on the list, I called in March and asked was was going on and they said Chrysler released parts then recalled those and they haven't got any new ones. If this recall is so important and can cause you to crash why are they not fixing them faster. This shouldn't be happening that we have to wait this long to get a recall fixed. Something needs to be done about them not getting the parts out quicker.

Please note that over a year ago I received a postcard stating I need to take my vehicle in for a recall. I have tried to get this recall fixed but all Chrysler dealerships tell me I'm on a waiting list because each place only gets a few per month. How can this be safe? I keep getting postcards from Chrysler asking why I haven't completed the recall fix? please tell me what else I am suppose to do? I have exhausted all efforts with 3 different dealerships to try and get this problem fixed. Why is Chrysler only making a few available to each dealership?.

While backing out of a parking space and placing the vehicle in drive to go forward, I heard a loud clunk. Stopped for a moment and checked underneath and found that the left front tire rod had broken off and was hanging almost to the ground. I took it to my regular place for maintenance and had it repaired. My research found that there is a recall for year models up through 2011 but none for 2012.

You can not control the movement of the truck when towing. It wonders from side to side of the road. Took to dealer to have the front end checked. It checked ok. Bf goodrich installed 4 new tires at 1900 miles. Truck still road walks when towing. The only way to stop it is to apply the brakes. Otherwise, the swaying motion of the truck, will make you leave the road. I know it is not the trailer that I am towing. Reason #1: I have all the safety equipment to tow this trailer properly. Reason #2: is that I hooked the same trailer on my 2009 GMC diesel 2500 and the trailer towed perfectly. I did this on the same road, on the same day. This Dodge 2500 diesel left the road with me twice while towing the same trailer. The further you drive the truck, the worse the towing problem is. So far, Dodge can not find the problem with the Dodge 2500 diesel. This is definitely a safety problem. If you try to tow over 40 mile per hour. With my 2009 GMC diesel, I can tow this trailer at speeds up to 70 miles per hour with no problems whatsoever. If Dodge can't fix this truck, (a $50,000 truck), I feel that I should get a full refund of the purchase price. Because of right now, it is definitely a lemon. Someone is going to get killed if the problem is not corrected. The reason I bought the truck was to tow with it. Which I can not do, because it is too much of a safety risk and the other drivers on the interstate. I sincerely hope that you will check into this matter.
