2 Defogger Heater problem of the 2005 Dodge Ram 2500

Failure Date: 07/28/2001

My safety issue is the fact that I cannot control the airflow to the windshield for safe visibility, the inability to prevent or clear fogging. Snow-ice etc. From my windshield and side windows. Due to failure of transfer doors from poor enginering in the heating and ac system. A very expensive repair especially for some one on a fixed income. This failure seems to be a common fault on 2002-2007 Dodges atjust over 40000 miles.
