Front Suspension Coil Spring Problems of Dodge Ram 2500

The contact owns a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500. While driving 65 mph, the vehicle bottomed out erractically without warning. The failure occurred constantly. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the front coil springs failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 250,000.

I own a 1998 Dodge Ram 2500, I have noticed this problem on multiple Dodges and read about it on the internet, the front lower axle mount rots out due to poor design leaving nothing to hold the spring in place my coil mount is rotted out and there is barely any left of it, and Dodge nor do any auto part stores sell coil mounts to replace it the mount is welded directly on the axle so the axle housing would need to be replaced, this is very unsafe if the axle were to give out dew to this.

The front left tire started wobbling severely at about sixty miles an hour and could have caused serious injury if traffic had been any heavier.

All of these applied to my moms truck of was built only months before mine and of Chrysler will not authorize to fix, the suspension is the latest. , it broke on Monday and my moms received her notice last Friday, Chrysler will not autorize dealer to fix even thow they are aware it is the same as recall. ????? why ???? they say the cutoff is March of 95 and my trucks clearing date is 9/95, its the same problem and is very dangerous, the spring perch is broken in half on drivers side, this is were all the weight of the trick sits on the front and the pass side is cracked, if you have any questions I will fax the recall notice and pcitures of my truck.
