Unknown Or Other problem #1

While driving down the road and I roll over a bump in the road, the front end shakes and wobbles violently until I slow down to almost a comlete stop for it to stop this violent action. The violent wobble has caused damage to my front left axle seal which started leaking after the violent wobble. I'm very upset and want to file a lawsuit against Chrysler Dodge for this. My truck has recently gone through the nys inspection which checks for loose and worn out steering components and everything passed the inspection.

Unknown Or Other problem #2

My 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 dually (diesel) truck shakes violently from 45 - 55 mph, so violently that it often takes me off the road and becomes nearly uncontrollable. I have taken it to numerous repair shops and no one can seem to find the problem. Thousands of dollars have been spent trying to fix this - I have replaced the dual stabilizer shocks, replaced ball joints, replaced traction bar, bought new tires, bought new rims, installed a new drive shaft, had the front end aligned several times, and have rotated/balanced tires 6 or 7 times. This problem started around 60,000 miles and the truck now has 100,000 miles - as you can see this problem has been ongoing for quite some time (at least a year and a half). After doing my research online I discovered that there are thousands of people who experience this exact problem with their Dodge trucks and thousands who have also filed complaints with Chrysler and ntsb. And Dodge dealerships send person after person home after reviewing their vehicles and finding no problems. These dealerships only have continued excuses for what causes the problem, ranging from "out of round" tires to poorly installed lift kits to loose bearings. I find this obsurd! how can so many vehicles have exactly the same problem with such a varying degree of causes?!? Chrysler needs to own up to their faults and issue a recall before someone is killed.
