One problem related to high/low beam switch has been reported for the 1996 Ford Contour. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Recall 99v-103 000 /headlight swtch/wiringharness: recall received. Vehicle headlight would intermittently go off/on. Took vehicle to dealer for recall repairs and problem still remained. Could this be a repair failure? can NHTSA provide additional information on thie matter.
