The headrests on the 2011 Ford Crown Victoria are causing the officers to have neck problems. The headrest is so large and does not adjust forward and backward, it is pushing their heads forward and down, as you know they spend at least 8 hours in their vehicles each shift. Since we have purchased the 2011 crown vics we have had nothing but complaints. It is very uncomfortable and unsafe for the officers to be driving under these conditions.

Rental 2011 Ford Crown Victoria. Consumer writes in regards to vehicle seating the consumer stated none of the seats had any lumbar support, there was no leg room and there was also inadequate headrest support in case of an accident.
2003 Ford Crown Victoria-- the head rests in these automobiles are so high that it is impossible to see over or around them. The only way to have vision to the rear of the car is by raising the head rest up on its post, above the position that would allow it to be of use in an accident. . The 2003 is larger than the 2000 and I don't understand. The present size is definitely a safety problem that needs correction.
