Tl-the contact owns a 1998 corwn victoria. The contact stated that he tried to start the vehicle it started to smoke and the fuse under the dashboard popped. That fuse belongs to the power control module and the ignition coils. The vehicle does not start at all as a result. An independent mechanic diagnosed the issue as a short to the ground wire to the electric system of the vehicle. The dealer bill brown Ford 32222 Plymouth rd, livonia, mi 48150 (734) 399-4244 could not set an appointment and the contact left a message for a callback from a service advisor. The manufacturer stated to file a complaint online with them and that no one was available to talk to. The vehicle was currently unrepaired at this time. The failure mileage was 237,000. Tf.
