2005 Ford crown vic approx 85,000 miles, climate control vent duct controller send all vent functions through defrost vents (a/c, floor, vent, etc). Problem seems to shift with acceleration/deceleration. For example, when using a/c, if accelerating the cool air blows through the defrost vents and not the regular a/c vents. But when braking, the vent will switch down to the a/c ducts.
