While driving my vehicle caught on fire in the rear end of the vehicle. We pulled over and immediately got the children out of the car. Less than a minute later, the entire vehicle was blazing.

The gas pedal on our e150 Ford traveler van is sticky. This has been going on some time now. My wife has complained about it for several years. A CO-worker and I borrowed a friends Ford pickup truck and he mentioned the same problem, I told him about our van(this was a month ago).

I own a 1999 Ford e150 that appears to have been prepared for an upfitter when it left the Ford plant. An ambulance prep label is in the driver's side door jam, how ever it was finished by explorer van company, warsaw indiana. When refueling I noticed fuel spill on the ground. I stopped driving the vehicle and researched the problem. Ford service tells me that it fuel filler neck is the problem and it will cost about $600 to make the repair. My VIN does not show valid for problem NHTSA recall 11v114000 when reported to Ford but the problem seems very similar to 11v114000. My VIN is [xxx] . Shouldn't this have been a covered recall?

2003 Ford e150 van with triton 5. 4 engine spark plug blow out on (2) separate occasions. Spark plug blows without any warning. The last blow out happened on Jan 8th 2009 while traveling on the NY state thruway during severe winter weather. The incident caused immediate loss of power to my engine and an inability to navigate my vehicle safely. An accident nearly occurred, however I was lucky to make it off the hi-way without serious injury. However, I was stranded in sub-zero temperatures until help arrived. This is a design flaw in Ford manufacturing and needs to be recalled.

I purchased a new 2005 Ford passenger van in may 2006 I have since put 45,000 miles on this vehicle. I have poor gas milage approximately 6 miles to the gallon pulling a trailer. I was told that this vehicle would get at least 11. I have black smoke blowing out the tailpipe. And I have had brake failure 5 times now during cold weather driving conditions. I have taken the vehicle in repeatedly for these problems but the dealership told me that I was imagining them, and Ford told me unless the dealership could verify my problem that they won't do anything about it.

Throttle sticks and does not fully return to idle. Must ride the brakes very hard to stop properly. Hove not crashed, but have had near misses. Dealer addressed once while under warranty, but will not address repeated problems, now that warranty has expired, without charging $80 diagnostic fee + repairs. Second issue. . . . Side door fails to latch properly at the top. I am afraid it may fly open in a crash. Dealer has worked on it 5 times and it still does not close properly. Refuses to warrant it now.
