This vehicle has had multiple issues since its purchase. We have replaced all injectors, with some injectors replaced more than one. Finally, in April 2014 when the motor overheated we were forced to replace the motor.
The contact owns a 2006 Ford e350. The vehicle was parked at the contact's job for two hours when he was notified that the hood was on fire. The fire marshall investigated and found that a faulty wire under the hood caused the fire. The insurance company declared the vehicle to be destroyed. A fire report was filed. The failure and current mileages were 50,000.

Power steering also failed causing the vehicle to side swipe a construction sign as the contact steered to the side of the highway, into a rest stop. No police report was filed. The vehicle restarted after 20 minutes and was returned to the rental agency. The agency was informed of the power failure. It was unknown if the service dealer or manufacturer were notified.
