Brake Disc Rotor Problems of Ford E-350

Tl the contact owns a 1996 demon hornet RV on a 1995 Ford E-350 chassis. While inspecting the vehicle, the contact noticed that both front rotors had fractured while being stored for the winter. The dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 80,000.

The contact owns a 2005 Ford e350. The contact was driving approximately 40 mph on normal road condition. When the brakes were applied the vehicle began to shake. The failure occurred whenever the vehicle was in operation. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer for inspection. The rotors were cracked and the brake pads were in satisfactory conditions. The vehicle was repaired for the malfunction. The failure mileage was 60,000.

When applying brakes entire front end vibrates. Also, dealer replaced rotord at least five times. After rotors replacement vibration stopped for a shirt period, and then started again.
