The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed the failure to be high-pressure oil leak and egr failure. The vehicle was repaired; however, failure reoccurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 64,000.

It required all new fuel injectors, a new clutch fan, egr valve, new radiator, brakes including rotors, and ball joints. All except the brakes & ball joints were covered under warranty, but it is down one week out of every month for repairs. The 6. 0l diesel should be considered under the lemon laws.
