Adaptive Cruise Control problems of the 2020 Ford Edge

VIN number:[xxx] case number:xxx? my [xxx] car just 6 years old car and just run around 69000 miles?coolant leaked into the engine, causing it to fail. Ford is demanding we pay ?6,000 for a replacement. We cant accept we need pay ?6000 for replace engine?because thats problem should don't happened on a 6 years old car( and just 69000 miles). This issue happened on my car more than 2 months already ?we don't have a car for drive now?that's so bad. My car send to mall of georgia Ford [xxx] and 20 days ago we send a letter to motor company customer relationship center [xxx] [xxx] for ask less pay for replace engine?nobody answer me. And about 15 days ago?we be there for ask again?worker told me the manager will connect me?but until today still nobody call me back?looks like they all ignore me . While driving the hvac stops working, radio locks at current setting (cannot turn volume up or down, etc. ), screen goes blank or locks, windows do not open or close. Their are multiple warnings about sensors not working. Malfunctioning driver assist jerks wheel when driving through a restaraunt drive-thru. Had the sensor replaced for the adaptive cruise control and it did not correct the cruise issue. The issue initially started with the monitor screen going blank randomly and then progressing to the above issues. This had been happening for the last 2 or 3 years before the above accured.

Forward collision warning stopped working which in turn caused the cruise control to not work. Then the pscm (power steering control module) just went out all at once. Was driving and it showed warning on the dash. I drove on and parked. When I went to start back, it started fine but couldn’t move steering wheel. I’m seeing this has been a problem with other owners and the same year model. Ford has done a recall on Edge for years around 2020 but not that particular year. Gonna cost $2772. 59 to fix at dealership. Always owned Ford but very disappointed how this happened with very little warning at all. If it had locked up while I was driving it would have been a major accident.
