My wife was stepping on the gas pedal while traveling up an on ramp, the gas pedal broke off, she coasted to the side of the rode and called the dealership.
The contact owns a 2008 Ford Escape. The contact stated that there is a large glare on the windshield, especially in the sun light, which temporarily impairs his visibility. The dealer acknowledged the failure, but was unable to provide a remedy. The contact called the manufacturer and they referred him back to the dealer. The failure still persists. The failure mileage was 13 and current mileage was 3,658. Updated 6/2/08 the drivers side mirror would grind when the consumer rolled it or down. Updated 06/02/08.
