The liftgate is malfunctioning. The powered lift gate raises up after the button is pushed, opens full, stops fully opened for a split second before slamming down without warning. The liftgate will not stay open on its own, no matter how you open it. Warning: could cause bodily injury, be aware of the liftgate at all times.
