Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2015 Ford Escape

Tl-the contact owns a 2015 Ford esacpe. The contact stated while driving at approximately 40 mph, there was a crash. The contact remembered that the vehicle and another vehicle was in a ditch. In addition, the driver front and the whole rear of the vehicle was severely damaged. The air bags failed to deploy.
