The failure mileage was approximately 129,000.

The contact owns a 2021 Ford Escape. The contact stated that the check engine warning light was illuminated, and the message that the vehicle had lost power was displayed. The contact disconnected the hybrid setting and indicated the loss of power with the hybrid battery. The failure was self-corrected; however, the failure still occurred intermittently.
