5 Car Stall problem

Failure Date: 04/09/2008

Spark plug blown out of head of vehicle, brought to dealer and was told it was not covered by warranty because the plug had loosened ,these plugs were factory installed therefore it should be considered defective workmanship and should be covered under warranty. This problem is a common occurrence with Ford motors as I have been made aware. I have also reviewed many articles relating to this several of which are quite disturbing mainly the fact that there have been instances of spark plugs ejecting and rupturing the fuel line which sits directly above the spark plug causing a fire and engulfing the vehicles in flames. Being as I have a large family we have a Ford Excursion and we have children strapped in car seats I am quite concerned that this is even a remote possibility and I feel that this should be a grave concern for your organization as well. Bottom line is Ford has an engineering problem with these motors and needs to be held accountable and correct them.
