In November of 2007, while driving approximately 35 mph, the vehicle shut off and the steering and brakes failed. The dealer replaced the high volume oil pressure pump and the vehicle began operating normally. The manufacturer stated that the VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign id number 05v270000 (electrical system:wiring) and could not provide reimbursement.
