Since purchasing the vehicle in October of 2006, the transmission seemed sluggish at stops when accelerating, I have taking the vehicle into a Ford dealership three or more times and now the transmission is still sluggish when moving from a stop. I took it back to a dealer and Ford service said that a memo said not to work on my transmission until the update for software is issued sometime in November. This is at least a month away and the vehicle is not safe for my wife and family to drive in.
