Vehicle left parked on flat surface, I got back in after it had been parked for about 5 minutes. . As soon as I got in, the vehicle started rolling forward. This is at least a month away and the vehicle is not safe for my wife and family to drive in. I have a Ford rep who we asked to supply us with a rental car and they are saying we can rent a car and they will review it when the vehicle is fixed and decide if they are going to pay for the rental. This is ridiculous to be treated this way by such a huge corporation.
The contact owns a 2007 Ford Expedition. While making a turn at 15 mph, the seats rattled. The transmission also experienced failure.
