The contact owns a 2007 Ford Expedition. While driving 35 mph making a right turn on a paved road, the steering wheel locked. She was unable to control the steering wheel and the brakes also locked. The advanced track light illuminated and there was a noise in the brake area. She tried to control the steering wheel by removing her foot from the accelerator pedal and the brakes also failed to stop the vehicle. The vehicle speed began to accelerate and it suddenly came to a stop. The driver was able to drive to the dealer; however, the mechanic was unable to diagnose the failure.
