One problem related to front suspension upper arm has been reported for the 1997 Ford F-150. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The ear that the cam adjuster rests against bent backwards allowing the upper "a" arm to become loose. The incident happened while making a sharp left turn from even pavement to a ramped side street.
