Tread separation was discovered upon inspection for a odd feeling with the tires on my pick up in April of 2000. They were replaced at that time and I was in contract with firstone the next day in regards to this. Final outcome was nothing by firestone,I have been in commection with firestone, since it was in the news and became public info. That they were having a problem,I do have copies of all documentations I had with firestone in regards to this. My tire size was not one that was listed. All four of my tires showed tread separation, all same milage, all had aprox. 5/32,and 6/32 of tread left on tires. No damage to truck, were replaced before that could happen. Please contract me if addition information is needed. (dot number: w208ipt377 tiresize: p235/70r16).

When driving 65 mph right rear tire tread separated from sidewall of the tire, tire was replaced with same type of tire. A friend who is in the tire business called me out to look at my tires on that morning. He showed me how the tire wall was shredding and that was not normal and urged me to bring my truck to the shop immediately, so I did. At that time, I did not realize that it could be a manufacturer's defect, even though my friend insisted that tires should not tear like that. Having viewed the recent news releases about this happening, I decided to log my complaint. The salesperson at firestone told me that the repair could not be made, so I would have to purchase a new tire, which I did. Since then, I have incurred another flat tire. This time it was a nail, however when the tire was completely deflated, there were some threads that were partially shredded, however I was advised by firestone that the shredding was not the cause of the tire flat and was assured that it was normal to have some separation. Now I am concerned for my safety, but can not afford to purchase a new set of tires. ( dot number: tire size: p23570r16 ).
Two of my firestone tires have cracks in between the tread. With what has been going on with firestone and Ford this make me feel very uncomfortable. Most of the tires all around my size have been dealt with which make the situation worse. I have contacted firestone and they have acted like they could care less, but I think the problem should be dealt with before something happens. I take care of my vehicle like it is my child and for something to happen that isnt my fault and for the manufacturer to act as they do doesnt make me feel to well. How should I deal with this? (tiresize: p25570r16)( dot number: tire size: p25570r16 ).
Pieces of rubber missing from first groove on all four tires. Tires were like this at time of purchase. Goodyear says nothing is wrong, dealer says they are not responsible. Tires are p275/60r-17 bsw all season tires.
Experienced a ply separation which caused a vibration at 40 mph. Tire was moved to the spare position where it remains for anyone's inspection. Please note that this is an ht not an at tire. It is not among those recalled be either firestone or Ford. (dot number: vn08 1pt tiresize: p235/70r16).
