One problem related to rear window wiper washer has been reported for the 1999 Ford F-150. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Seal around rear window leaks at the corners. It does not look like it was installed correctly. Windshield wipers turn on when the switch is in the off position. It is intermittent and there is not pattern as to when the wipers will turn on.
