As I turned right into a side street engine stalled. I had very little control of vehicle but managed to steer it onto left side of street. Lucky no cars coming. Also happened on 4 Aug. Checked internet and possible corroded fuel pump driver module. Many complaints. Could cause a major accident.

5 Engine Stall problem

Failure Date: 02/25/2005

2004 f150 supercrew, engine stalls while coming to a stop, braking and slow turns. His has happened 30 to forty times since the truck was purchased new oct 2003. Ad it service for the problem in 2004, seemed to fix it, but started happening again. Had it to the service department 2 more times with no fix yet. When the engine dies you lose brakes steering. This is very dangerous with on coming traffic.
