Two problems related to dash wiring have been reported for the 1999 Ford F-250. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving all electrical functions on dash went out. Consumer was afraid to shutoff vehicle in fear that vehicle may not start again. Consumer has attempted to contact dealer. A faulty fuse panel was discovered and replaced for the second time which contols the computer and instrument panel it was the main panel that controls alls the operating functions.
While driving saw smoke was coming from the passenger side dashboard. Then, got out of vehicle and disconnected battery. Wire harness and fuel pump had been replaced four times.
