Two problems related to seat belt have been reported for the 1999 Ford F-250. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
I own a 1999 f250 sd that the driver seat belt will just unlatch itself at any time while I'm driving. The local dealer said they have not had any other complaints like this.
Consumer called complaining about the seat belts being too loose. Manufacturer was contacted,m and had fixed them, but they still go bad.
