One problem related to speed control cable has been reported for the 2002 Ford F-250. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
From a stand still when pulling into traffic accelerator cable disengaged from the engine. Consumer pressed the gas pedal and engine was running, but there was no response. Vehicle was taken to the dealer, but dealer would not repair it because they could not duplicate the problem.
