One problem related to fuel hoses lines/piping and fittings has been reported for the 2003 Ford F-250. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Fuel leak. A metal fuel line was clamped to the side of the fuel filter bracket. This fuel line began leaking the that point. There was metal to metal contact at this point. The fuel line shows only minor corrosion at this point, so it might be cracked rather than corroded through.
