The contact owns a 2006 Ford F-250. While driving 60 mph, the contact rear ended another vehicle. The entire front end of the contact's vehicle was destroyed. None of the air bags deployed. Two passengers were injured in the crash. She notified the manufacturer, but they did not provide any assistance. The current and failure mileages were 60,000.
