The contact owns a 2011 Ford f250. The contact stated that while driving approximately 60 mph, the vehicle shook violently without warning. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the technician diagnosed that the shimmy shocks, steering gear, pitman arm, ball joints, and tie rods needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 75,000 and the current mileage was 80,000.
